Jamie Briggs saga defines current Australian politics

Mr Briggs resigned as cities minister after acting inappropriately towards a young woman while drinking in a Hong Kong bar during a ministerial visit in late November. Since then, Peter Dutton sent an insulting and misogynistic text about a journalist who published details of the event, not to his college Jamie Briggs, but to the journalist herself.
