Landmark GMO court case begins in WA
Western Australia is currently the site of a landmark court case, which may affect the viability of genetically-modified crops in the state. Steve Marsh has taken his neighbour, Monsanto, to court after their GM canola contaminated more than two thirds of his organic crops. I spoke to Lynn MacLaren, a vocal anti-GM campaigner and member for the South Metropolitan Region of Western Australia, about the ramifications of this court case, as well as her stance on the issue.
